Maui’s Best Chef Pricing Guidelines

Pricing varies according to group size and meal planning. 

As a general rule of thumb, pricing ranges from $150/pp to $325/pp, depending on menu and group size, inclusive of the following:
• Chef's time (estimated on hourly rate  $125/hr)

• Transportation (estimated on hourly rate $50/hr)

• Shopping (estimated on hourly rate $40/hr) + food expenses

• Pre-prep (estimated on hourly rate $75/hr)

• On-site cooking (Chef's time at $125/hr)

• Meal service/server (required for 5 or more people — estimated on hourly rate $75/hr)

• Sous chef (required for 5 or more people — estimated on hourly rate $75/hr)

• Clean up

• Does not include taxes (Hawaii GET 4%)

• Does not include gratuities (15%+ depending on number of guests)

• After meal planning and price estimate, a 25% reservation fee is required. Fee is refundable up to 7 days prior to reservation date. Non-refundable 7 days prior to reservation date.
